Please read carefully before booking your experience.
Group Size: This journey is intentionally intimate. We cap the group at a small number of travelers to keep the vibe personal and connected.
Airfare: International flights are not included. You’ll fly roundtrip into Casablanca, Morocco (CMN).
Arrival & Departure: Arrive June 13, 2026. Depart June 23, 2026. Airport transfers are provided only on these dates.
Hotel Check-In: Arrival hotel check-in begins at 3:00 pm.
Flight Details: All flight arrangements must be submitted to Moonglade Travel by March 1, 2026. Need help booking? We’ll guide you through it.
Transfers: Transfers are included only on official arrival and departure dates. If you arrive early or stay later, you’ll be responsible for your own arrangements.
Passport Requirements: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Passport details must be submitted by March 1, 2026.
Excursions: Please don’t book independent excursions — timing cannot be guaranteed, and Moonglade Travel cannot be responsible for missed activities.
Gratuities: Tips for your Travel Host, local guides, and drivers are not included. We’ll provide suggested guidelines.
Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended and not included. A quote will be sent to you after booking.
Accessibility: Guests must be able to walk independently. Mobility devices (wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, etc.) cannot be accommodated.
Refunds: No refunds are available for unused portions of the tour. View our cancelation & refund policy.
Flexibility: Itinerary, hotels, and times are subject to change due to logistics, weather, or operational needs.
Optional Expenses: Anything not listed in the official itinerary is at your own expense.
