Effective with all deposits made on or after November 23, 2025:

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To keep things transparent and stress-free, here’s how cancellations are handled for Moonglade Travel group trips.

How to Cancel Your Trip

If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing by sending an email to info@moongladetravel.com.

  • Your cancellation will be considered received only once it has been delivered to this email inbox.

  • Requests must be received by 5:00 PM EST on a business day to be processed the same day.

  • Requests received after that time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Cancellations Before the Final Payment Date

If you cancel on or before the Final Payment Date, you will be refunded less:

  • Your initial reservation deposit

  • Any additional non-refundable deposit payments (as outlined on your trip page and reservation form)

Refunds for eligible amounts will be processed within 30 calendar days of your cancellation notice being received.

Cancellations After the Final Payment Date

If you cancel after the Final Payment Date, all payments made — including deposits, progress payments, and additional non-refundable deposits — are non-refundable and non-transferable. This also applies if:

  • You fail to make your final payment by the due date

  • You are unable to attend the trip for any reason

Moonglade Travel designs intimate, curated journeys with care. To deliver the seamless, soulful experiences we’re known for, we make arrangements with hotels, guides, and vendors well in advance. These policies ensure we can honor those commitments while continuing to provide exceptional travel experiences.

Because unexpected events can arise, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This protects your investment and ensures you’re covered if you cannot join the trip. We’re happy to provide a quote from our preferred insurance partner, or you may choose coverage from a trusted provider of your choice.
